This report package consists of a multi-jurisdiction criminal records check in the District of Columbia, on a state level in Maryland, and on a state level in Virginia. This is a comprehensive local metro area criminal profile that includes misdemeanors and felonies [arrest records and conviction records] for a 10-year period. The results of this search rely strictly on the accuracy of the information provided by the applicant.

National Criminal History (10-Year)

This check is a comprehensive criminal record inquiry based on where the applicant has resided or has established connections.  A 10-year address history is developed for the applicant. This information is then used to identify the jurisdictions where the criminal checks will be performed. Depending on the thoroughness of criminal record information available in each jurisdiction, the checks will either be performed on a county-level or a state level, whichever is more inclusive.
